Your professor should be the first place you go for clarity. Instructors should at least have their CUNE email readily available in Blackboard. They have direct access to every aspect of the course and your assignments, and will responsible for grading your work, so they're the first and best place to start
Library
The library is here to help as well! Contact us for help with research and finding articles. The library does have a very small staff, and limited hours, so phone messages and emails will always allow us to get back to you as soon as possible.
IT Help Desk
Contact the Helpdesk if you are having issues with logging in or other computer problems, they may be able to help you remotely

Note: Concordia University Nebraska uses the Microsoft Suite campus-wide. Blackboard and other resources will cause issues if you insist on using the Google Suite of tools and resources, so we strongly suggest making the switch or using Microsoft products for all classroom activities and assignments.
