Worldcat Discovery: Basic Search

What happened to the catalog? This page offers explanation and an introduction to our new Search and Discover!

Conducting a Basic Search

1. Access the "Search and Discover!" box or go directly to cune.on.worldcat.org.

Click in the search box to enter keywords.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. The search box defaults to search everything (including books, ebooks, articles, and more). If you want to limit the search to just books, articles, or videos, click on the icon above the search box.

3. Enter your search terms in the white box where it says "Find books, articles, and more..." then click on the blue icon to the right.

4. This brings you to the result list with options to refine your search on the left.

5. Looking at the item list, you can see what's available from our library and whether it is available:

6. If you want to refine your search, scroll and choose from the filters listed on the left which include library, format, date, author, and topic.
